Main Features:

  1. The machine body adopts an integral welded steel-plate structure. It is tempered in a large tempering furnace to eliminate deformation caused by welding stress and machining stress, ensuring accuracy retention of the machine tool.
  2. Imported electro-hydraulic servo valves and linear scales from internationally renowned brands form a precise control system.
  3. The ram position feedback accuracy is high; operation is accurate and stable; synchronization performance is good; bending accuracy and ram repeat positioning accuracy are high.
  4. The back gauge adopts a precision CNC back-gauge mechanism with more complete functions.
  5. The hydraulic system adopts an integrated control system, reducing pipeline installation, overcoming oil leakage, ensuring machine operating stability, and giving the machine a simple and neat appearance.
  6. The automatic mechanical deflection compensation mechanism eliminates the influence of ram deformation on workpiece quality. The CNC system automatically adjusts the compensation amount, making operation convenient and accurate.
  7. The CNC system adopts a dedicated press-brake CNC system from Delem of the Netherlands and other brands.

Configuration 01

CNC Controller

The CNC controller is the operating center of the press brake. It manages bending programs, Y-axis movement, backgauge positioning, correction data, tooling parameters, and production settings. For workshops processing repeated parts or mixed batches, a suitable controller helps shorten setup time, reduce manual calculation, and improve consistency between operators. Depending on the selected configuration, the controller can support graphical programming, angle correction, tooling libraries, bend sequence planning, and easier program recall for repeat orders.

Crowning compensation helps reduce the influence of frame, worktable, and ram deformation during bending. By compensating for deflection, the machine can improve straightness and angle consistency from the left side to the right side of the workpiece. The final crowning method should be matched to bending length, material type, thickness range, and accuracy requirements.

Punches and dies determine the final bending shape, inside radius, flange clearance, surface quality, and forming capability.
